Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

It’s a privilege to walk with women through hard seasons, offering compassion, biblical clarity, and the hope of Christ.

Over many years, I have seen firsthand the power of God’s promises to transform hearts, including my own, and it fills me with hope as a counselor. I continue growing in wonder at how God’s great story of redemption speaks meaningfully into even our deepest troubles.

MY APPROACH

Haven is guided by four principles of care.

When life feels confusing, counseling helps frame your struggles through the lens of Scripture. Because we are embodied souls, we give attention to the interplay of physiological and spiritual problems, considering how God speaks into your troubles and identifying wise, manageable steps anchored in His Word.

True change begins with a Person. In counseling, we consider how the person and work of Jesus Christ meet you in the specifics of your struggle, depending upon the help of His Spirit in the process of change.

Counseling is personal and collaborative. I take time to know you as an individual and maintain a small caseload so that I can offer thoughtful, personalized care to each counselee.

Care is meant to grow within the life of Christ’s church. When helpful, I collaborate with pastors and church leaders to identify ways you can grow in community and receive ongoing care within your church family.
